Contest for Free Nights at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center during the 2022 Rocky Mountain Roundup TICA Cat Show (“2022 RMR”), hosted by the Wild West Cat Fanciers (“the Club”) is open to ALL exhibitors who enter the show from February 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022.
Only exhibitors in GOOD STANDING with The International Cat Association (TICA) are eligible to participate in the contest. Any exhibitor who wins the Grand Prize, who is later discovered as not in good standing with TICA will automatically forfeit the Grand Prize and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected from the remaining valid eligible entries and notified as the winner as noted below.
Entries into the contest will be accepted from MIDNIGHT on February 1, 2022 through the deadline on March 31, 2022 at 11:59 pm PACIFIC STANDARD TIME. Entries received after the deadline will NOT BE ELIGIBLE to participate in the Drawing. Only PAYING exhibitors entering cats/kittens into the 2022 Rocky Mountain Roundup TICA Cat Show are eligible to participate in this contest.
Drawing from the entries received will be held on April 15, 2022 and the WINNER will be announced via the Club’s official Facebook Page AND the Club’s official website, https://www.wildwestcf.com. The winning entry (“the Winner”) will also be notified by the Club via email announcement.
GRAND PRIZE: Free Hotel Stay (UP TO TWO NIGHTS, maximum value $260.00) at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center (“the Hotel”), 255 So. West Temple, Salt Lake City, UT, paid for by the Wild West Cat Fanciers. The Winner is responsible for any/all additional charges accrued in the winners’ room (i.e. taxes, amenities, room service charges, cleaning fees, etc.). Any/all subsequent room charges/fees/penalties, etc. are the responsibility of the Winner. The Hotel will require a valid credit card/debit card for incidentals upon check-in.
One (1) entry will be accepted for every individual cat/kitten entered into the 2022 RMR; example: Exhibitor A enters two cats into the 2022 RMR show for the weekend–>that exhibitor will have TWO chances to win the Grand Prize. Exhibitor B enters four cats into the 2022 RMR show for the weekend–>that exhibitor will have FOUR chances to win the Grand Prize.
ALL entry fees must be paid IN FULL to the Club prior to the April 15, 2022 drawing date. If the entry drawn has not settled their entry fees with the Club before the Grand Prize drawing has occurred, the Winner automatically forfeits the Grand Prize and an alternate entry will be drawn to determine the Grand Prize Winner.
Grand Prize is not transferrable to any other party/entity and is not eligible for redemption of value. The Winner forfeits the Grand Prize if they fail to attend the 2022 Rocky Mountain Roundup. If the Winner forfeits the Grand Prize for any reason, the contest is over, and the Grand Prize will NOT be awarded to a subsequent or alternative winning entry.
